NICHA CCUS has been officially selected as one of the Top 20 teams for Global ImpactPreneur 2026, a prestigious global program co-hosted with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). This recognition highlights the strong potential of NICHA CCUS as a scalable climate technology solution for industrial decarbonization.

The selection reflects growing international confidence in NICHA CCUS — the Carbon Transformation Platform developed by Nicha Carbon Capture Co., Ltd., which enables industries to capture CO₂ emissions and convert them into valuable carbonate solutions in real time. By eliminating the need for CO₂ transport and storage, the technology offers a low-cost, practical pathway toward achieving Net Zero targets across heavy industries.

As part of the program, NICHA CCUS will participate in a series of intensive mentoring sessions, technical workshops, and global pitching opportunities over the coming months. The program will culminate in a final Demo Day in Seoul, where selected teams will present their innovations on a global stage.

This milestone marks another important step in advancing NICHA CCUS from pilot deployment toward global commercialization, reinforcing its role as a key enabler in the transition to a low-carbon economy.
